POLICIES •deposits• A deposit will be needed to book an appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. You must let me know when the deposit is sent. You won’t have an appointment without a confirmation from me. £10 required for treatments over an hour, per hour £5 required for other treatments Please contact me to pay deposit. If you book without sending a deposit, your appointment will be cancelled. •cancellations/lateness• 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment or your deposit will be lost. If you’re over 5 mins late I may have to cancel your appointment.
