Botulinum toxin is a protein produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. It is a neurotoxin that can cause paralysis by blocking the release of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that is essential for muscle contraction.

When injected superficially into the muscles in the face, it can help to reduce the strength of muscle contraction and associated skin creasing. This can soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and prevent them from worsening over time.

Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medication (POM), and before you come for your treatment the appropriate steps must be taken to ensure your product is prescribed.

Anti-wrinkle - New Client

Every client is entitled to a free review appointment 14-21 days following treatment. At this appointment your results will be discussed and if required, any additional injections will be given. 

The review should be made following treatment and must be given no later than 21 days. If you cannot make your review, please advise us no less than 72 hours prior to your appointment, in line with the cancellation policy.

Antiwrinkle - 2 week review 

Profhilo is a type of Skin booster, injectable treatments designed for deep skin hydration. Profihilo gives a plump, glowing appearance to the skin of the treated area which can include the face, neck and chest. The injectable nature of the treatment ensures that the product can penetrate deeper than topical moisturisers or facial peels.

Profhilo treatment is made up of hyaluronic acid, a compound that exists naturally within the skin and unlike dermal fillers is not cross-linked (meaning it is fully absorbed into the skin and does not change the shape and structure of the face). Profhilo skin treatment effectively stimulates the production of your natural collagen and elastin from the skin within. This nourishes the skin cells and restores firmness. Profhilo deeply hydrates the skin giving the overall appearance a more youthful look.

2 treatments are needed to gain the maximum result and treatment should be repeated every 6 months to maintain effects

Seventy Hyal 2000 offers long term benefits, helping to refresh, rejuvenate and revitalise the appearance. Alternatively, Seventy Hyal can be used prior to an event, providing instant radiance and a subtle enhancement.

Seventy Hyal can be used for several different facial areas to create a glowing, youthful appearance. It can also be used to refresh and rejuvenate the neck area, décolleté, arms and hands.

Two to three treatments of Seventy Hyal, four weeks apart will be required initially, to achieve full results. Dependent on the individual, a fourth treatment may be necessary in some cases. Treatments will subsequently require top ups every 6-12 months, dependent on skin quality.

Lumi Eyes is a type of tissue stimulator that is specifically designed for use in needle Mesotherapy treatments around the eyes and tear valley area. Unlike other treatments, Lumi Eyes does not cause side effects such as lymphoedema.
