You’ve held it all together for everyone—but inside, you’re exhausted, bitter, and silently screaming. You’re the responsible one, the giver, the fixer… but somewhere along the way, you lost your spark. This series is for people who feel trapped by obligation and are ready to stop abandoning themselves to keep the peace.

Across six 1:1 sessions, we’ll explore your inherited relational patterns, deconstruct the roles you’ve been boxed into, and begin rewriting the script—one grounded in self-trust, clarity, and permission to take up space. You don’t have to burn your life down, but you do get to stop burning yourself out.

6-session package with each session lasting 60 minutes. You must commit to all six sessions to avail yourself of this discounted rate. Payment is required in advance.

Fees for ongoing therapy after the 6 weeks are set at $150 per session. We can provide you with a bill to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider directly.
