I completed my training at the École d'Enseignement Supérieur de Naturopathie du Québec and I am a member of the Association des Naturopathes Agréés du Québec. I believe that a good health is necessary to live a fulfilled life as a human being. Inès est à l’écoute et a habilement commenté et recommandé des améliorations tant sur les habitudes de vie, choix d’aliments et suppléments, le repos et même le timing de tout ça afin que l’ensemble ait du sens pour ma situation personnelle. Lorsqu’on ressent un besoin de se rééquilibrer, c’est bien d’avoir un guide qui nous aide à naviguer parmi toutes les composantes du bien être, les prioriser et même nous aider à choisir les deux ou trois meilleurs produits pour nous (parmi tout ce qui pourrait être un casse-tête de millions de produits en vente pour améliorer quoi ce ce soit).
