Hello my name is Janet Sheard. I am the founder of Natural Balance Holistic Therapy, creating perfect harmony for your mind & body. I hold a VTCT level 3 and level 4 in complimentary therapy, offering Reflexology for both foot and Face Aromatherapy massage and lymphatic drainage massage. I also work within the NHS as a maternity and Infant feeding advisor. I hold a level 4 VTCT qualification specialising in reflexology for fertility, pregnancy and menopause. I am now qualified to work with menopausal clients. I have in depth knowledge around all aspects of women’s health.
