Welcome to Nat Rain Yoga ✨☀️✨ The class is designed to embody the full offering of a Yoga class. Which means there will be some mindfulness, Breathwork and asana postures to strengthen, enliven and release tension from the body. You can look forward to a mini workshop type experience where you will learn about the postures and leave feeling divinely relaxed but energised 🙏 Females only class Small boutique class for beginners to yoga. Class runs for 90 mins. My classes are often specialised around the seasons, the elements, chakras and Breathwork.
