NadiaCANCELLATION POLICY I understand that life doesn't always go to plan, which may result in the need to cancel your appointment. In the event of this happening, I respectfully ask for scheduled bookings to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or the below charges will apply. - Less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation will result in 25% charge of your initial booking cost.- No shows are required to pay 75% of the initial booking service cost. This policy enables me to open unused appointments to better serve the needs of all my guests and my waitlist.Payment of the missed appointment MUST be settled before another appointment can be made/rescheduled.Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation..
