This 45 minute session uses slow, gentle, rhythmic techniques to stimulate the movement of lymph (immune cells) and encourages cellular rejuvenation, immune system clearance, boost in immune function and detoxification of the body. This relaxing treatment focuses on the head, neck, arms, and abdomen and requires NO oils for treatment. 

Lymphatic Drain Massage 

A quick massage that focus on your legs, arms, hands and feet, when you’re looking to fit in some self care, but have a tight schedule. This massage aims to relieve tension in your feet and hands, easing the aches and pains in your fingers and toes, giving them some much needed TLC, as well as releasing the knots in your quadriceps, hamstrings, biceps and triceps. 

Limbs Only

The focus of this treatment is head, neck, shoulders, torso, and upper limbs. This massage starts by working out the knots and tension in your back, before moving up to your trapezius muscles and kneading out the tension stored. The head massage works to relax your facial muscles and release any trapped tension that is unconsciously held, before gently massaging the abdomen to stimulate the excretory system and then finally tending to the arms and hands, to complete the session. Revitalise your entire upper body massage with this 40 minute session. 

Upper Body Massage 

The lower body is always active, whether sitting, standing, walking or running, seldom is it in a complete resting state. This massage starts by tending to the calf muscles before, rolling out the knots in the hamstrings and relieving tension in the glutes and lower back. The second half of the treatment focuses on the foreleg, paying specific attention to the quadriceps, before ending with a foot massage, leaving you feeling lighter than when you came in.

For expectant mothers in their second or third trimester, this hour long session focuses on the torso and back, preparing mum for child birth whilst also bringing her physical and mental relaxation, stimulating blood flow and improving the over all wellbeing of mother and baby.

A 1 hour soft tissue massage that targets the superficial layers of muscle to relieve knots, tension and stress, supporting the immune system, mental health and improving blood circulation.

A 2 hour soft tissue massage that targets the superficial layers of muscle to relieve knots, tension and stress, supporting the immune system, mental health and improving blood circulation. This treatment is recommended when energy levels are significantly low and selfcare sessions are far and few between.

Deep Tissue Massage

This 2 hour bodywork session targets the deeper layers of muscle and tissue, releasing knots, promoting relaxation and improving mental wellness. When you’re feeling drained and exhausted, this session is recommended to restore your energy levels and rejuvenate your body. 

A hands on healing technique that promotes healing and wellbeing, by assisting the body to release stress, emotional distress and stagnant energy, thus reinstating balance, by cleansing the chakras and promoting the flow of energy. 

Reiki 

Crystal therapy uses crystals which are natural formations of the Earth to assist with healing, balance, and realignment of the body, mind, and spirit by addressing the needs of the chakras. Crystals have their own vibrational frequency and when placed within your energy field (electromagnetic field/aura) the crystal connects with your frequency, triggering a biochemical response that improves physical and emotional health and wellbeing.
