Alternating between hot-water and cold-water immersion helping reduce inflammation, boost circulation, speed up recovery, and calm the nervous system, leaving you recharged and restored.

~ Immerse either your entire body or the injured area in warm water (35-45°C) for 1 to 3 minutes.
~ Immediately follow with a 1-minute dip in cold water (10-15°C).
~ Repeat this process for approximately 20 minutes.
