BOOKING POLICY: All wedding, high school formal or group bookings require to settle their account at the time of making their appointment in order for it to be secured and confirmed. CANCELLATION POLICY: It is understandable that sometimes best-laid plans go astray and in such instances, we promise to be understanding. However: 1. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or for cancellations within 24 hours of a Saturday appointment. 2. 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of a Mon-Fri appointment. *We always endeavour to fill a vacated appointment time to save our cancelling client the cancellation fee however this is not always possible.
