Aromatherapy massage is designed to use the healing properties of essential oils to relax the body and mind. It can help to reduce stress and anxiety, reduce symptoms of depression as well as relieve muscle tension. 

Aromatherapy Massage 

A firmer type of massage designed to work out the knots in muscles created from stressed, overworked muscles and fascia. It alleviates pain felt in the muscles and chronic pain around the joints. Deep tissue massage promotes faster healing by reducing inflammation and increasing blood flow to the affected tissues. 

Deep Tissue Massage

This is a gentle full body massage designed to completely relax the body. It can release tension spots in the shoulders and back if needed but you can discuss what pressure of massage you prefer with your therapist. 

Relaxation Massage

Therapeutic massage is used to treat muscle pain, injury and stiffness. It is also used to treat the physical symptoms of stress and anxiety by relaxing the body. The body’s serotonin levels increase during massage which gives you a heightened sense of well-being.
