Swedish massage is a popular choice at Mind Body and Spirit Retreat & Spa Room, with clients describing thorough work that eases back knots and leaves them relaxed. Hot stone massage and full body exfoliation offer other ways to unwind, while gel nails and Russian lash extensions add beauty treatments to the mix.
