Porschae Samuels founder of Milan Luxury MedSpa graduated from Ogle School where she completed her necessary studies to acquire her Medical Aesthethic certification. Samuel’s has certifications in Lash exttensions, Skin tightening, Body Contouring & Dermalogica. She currently resides in Houston,TX and she is licensed in the state of Texas.
