Hello everyone. I’m Mia. I currently offer 1:1 holistic therapy sessions. I also have some courses available on my skool "The Woman that Wins" My style of practice (holistic therapy) is geared towards discovering underlying beliefs systems that are keeping your mindset trapped. Often, with this limited mindset comes a lot of chaotic emotions and suffering. The goal is an improved mindset and overall mental/emotional thriving. Its time for you to feel good.
