1-on-1 Online or Telehealth Appointment with Meg Roberts, Dietitian. A detailed Nutrition Assessment including medical history, family medical history, weight history, pathology results, clinical history (symptoms, sleep, bowel motions), DEXA body composition, macro & micronutrient dietary analysis. We will then work together to create goals based on my assessment and your personal goals. Supplement recommendations, if suitable will be provided. Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans and Eating Disorder Care Plans accepted.
Extended consults recommended for complex conditions or athletes requiring development of meal plan as well.

Nutrition goals and strategies will be reassessed based on feedback since your last appointment. If blood results and DEXA scans are available, this can be discussed time permitting. 

Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans and Eating Disorder Care Plans accepted.
