Please make sure you book this if you are a first-time client (unless you require pre or post event treatment, see other services). This will cover a full consultation; subjective assessment, postural analysis, range of movement testing, functional movement screening, injury specific special tests and massage therapy. Please know that within this session you will receive massage treatment. By selecting the 90 minutes option, you will receive a longer focus on massage therapy. 

First Time Client 

Regular session that helps you maintain optimal muscle condition and prevent injuries. It may involve a combination of deep tissue massage, soft tissue massage, massage gun therapy and other techniques tailored to your needs. 

Maintenance Massage Therapy 

This treatment is performed after an athletic event or intense physical activity. It helps to reduce muscle soreness, promote recovery, and prevent post-exercise stiffness. A first-time client appointment is not required to book this treatment. Mobile services available for this treatment upon request via email.
