This was my third appointment with Sophie and not only is she an absolute delight to be with, she's helping me to feel better! After years of trying different therapies to manage chronic neck and back pain, I feel like I've finally found my person, who in just a few sessions, has unpicked what's going on and treated me successfully, with a variety of techniques, tape and homework! Every now and again you meet someone who is a little bit special, with extra skills and a reall passion for what they do and Sophie is that person.... highly recommended!
