Fabulous Reiki session with Ellie recently.  Ellie explained the whole process before she started. She was very kind and calm and I felt totally relaxed during the whole experience. Founded by Narendra Mehta Indian head massage was traditionally your head being massaged. 

Narendra  then decided to include the face, neck and shoulders as they are considered as a place of also holding high levels of stress and tension. For the premium treatment we will also massage arms and hands.

This treatment will help unblock your chakras and to bring a sense of well being to your whole body and mind. It can be done with or without oil best results with oil!  Should you not wish to have oil on your body you will need to wear a thin layer of clothing. Only a small amount of oil will be used in your hair and scalp. 

For those happy to have oil please wear a strappy top that you can take the straps down. All jewellery must be removed, you will be seated for this treatment.
