Bodywork is a dynamic application of movement, touch and rhythm. Each therapist brings their own understanding of body, mind and spirit to their practice. Using pre-heated oil (mainly on the lower arms), the therapist massages in a way that creates a continuous flow. This approach can help to cleanse, vitalize and activate inner healing properties; including memories and wisdom held within the body. It seeks to nourish and uplift the ‘wholeness’ of a person. This can be a dynamic and intuitive practice. Please know the massage is 1.5hour, but there is extra hour added to find what emotions, eg.: life situation you wish to work with at the beginning, and also time allowed for debriefing afterwards.
