When I can’t walk downstairs in the morning I know I have had a great Pilates session with Lily the night before!!

Lily tailors her reformer sessions to suit the individual. Her explanations of the how and why are clear. I came away feeling I had completed a fully body workout that was just right for my level of fitness and flexibility. Looking forward to my next session.

Great first session today! Lily was so professional and explained everything in such detail, especially for beginners like myself.

Lily is a talented Pilates teacher, she explains the exercises really clearly and demonstrates when needed. The classes are well balanced with moves for the whole body. I can’t believe how good I feel after a mat session, stretched and flexible. The studio is a lovely setting.
