A Refill Appointment is maintenance on an existing full set. When you book with a fill  you will likely be on a 3-week fill schedule meaning you'll come in fewer times per year. However this is up to the stylist to decide. Important factors include speed of natural lash growth, aftercare practices, and lifestyle. During a Refill Appointment the Loweno will consult with you and ask if you would like any adjustments made to the style, preform a refreshing lash bath (and at the beginning if needed), remove and replace all of the outgrown extensions, and apply new extensions to the new growth. Great lashes take time; our lashes are a work of art. If you need a faster service, please let us know ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate. ** A  Refill Appointment fee includes any style of lash: Classic, Volume, Hybrid, Wispy, or Mega Volume. *** Be sure to show up at least 5 minutes before your schedule appointment.

A full set  we allocate 2 hours to include an expert consultation, custom mapping and styling to suit your eyes, and a refreshing lash bath at the beginning if needed, we never want you to feel rushed. Loweno full set fee includes any style of lash: classic, volume, hybrid, wispy, or mega volume. When you book with our Junior Stylists you'll get the best of both worlds: excellent style and service at a great price! If you are currently wearing lash extensions or have some left over from a previous set, please let us know so we can be prepared to remove them. Great lashes take time; our lashes are a work of art. Mega Volume application can take from 3–5 hours per set, with the use of more eyelash extensions and the creation of time-consuming mega volume fans. 

Ultra-fine extensions are used: 

• 0.10 
• 0.07 Volume 
• 0.06 
• 0.05 
• 0.04 Mega Volume 
• 0.03

Mega volume requires the use of ultra-fine extensions: 0.03, 0.04 and 0.05mm. 

Volume lashes should be soft, flexible and be removed from the strips easily. Not all volume lashes are the same, and mega volume requires superior quality extensions for this precise technique.

A New Client Fill is perfect for those clients coming to us from another lash artist and are still wearing lash extensions. We would love to have you as part of the lash family! There are some stipulations for this to be considered a fill: the existing work must be of good quality there must still be at least half the extensions attached and not grown out You need a removal and a full set if: the work is of poor quality there is less than half the set still attached the work is too overgrown and most of it needs to be replaced you want to completely change the set/style When the existing lash extensions clients come in with are beautiful and of good quality and we can simply fill in and keep the existing style. Other times, if the client comes in with poor quality work, or it has simply been too long between appointments a full set is needed. The appropriate course of action will be agreed upon by you and your stylist at the time of the service.
