This option combines both Reiki & Sound Healing into one magical session! We will begin with a grounding meditation to settle in and set our intentions for the session. I will scan your Chakras to determine your needs and begin by using the bowls on and around the body to provide deep healing and relaxation. Your session continues with Reiki hand positions to further assist the clearing of energy throughout the body. Instruments will be incorporated throughout the session as I'm guided to use them.
