BioEnergy Healing is a simple, powerful, non invasive healing technique with beneficial effects on the patient regardless of their age or condition.  The method is purely natural, with the therapist directing energy from the biofield using a series of techniques that clear energy blocks, recharge and rebalance energy that supports the immune system. BioEnergy Healing

TAT is a relaxing, effective therapy using Hopi ear candles by setting them alight. A light suction action, together with the movement of the flame create a vibration of air in the Ear Candle, generating a massage-like effect on the eardrum. The heat from the flame creates a warming and stimulating effect in the middle ear, inner ear, sinuses and nose and the vapour returns back from the ear up the very centre of the candle.

This treatment includes a facial lymphatic drain.

Thermo Auricular Therapy

Indian head massage (shiroabhyanga), focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve hair, scalp condition and to stimulate endorphins to the brain and release accumulated stress in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, neck, face and shoulders.  It originates from a 10,000 yr old Indian medicine system called Ayurveda, (translated as the ‘science of Life’), whereby it is believed that the mind and body are intricately connected and thus can influence one another. 

Improves blood flow, Reduced muscular tension, Greater joint mobility, Improved flexibility in the neck and shoulders, improve mental & emotional wellness, relaxed connective tissue around the head and shoulders as well as helping the elimination of toxins.

Reiki is carried by laying my hands on/around the 7 chakras centres.  The client is fully clothed on a couch.  The first session lasts 1.5hrs, this includes a 30 minute holistic consultation.  Sessions thereafter last for 1hr.
