Welcome to our London Pop-Up! CurlyGalChlo Salon is a curly hair salon in Manchester run by Chloé Elliott. Chloé is accredited in curly hair education and styling and is a Certified Cut It Kinky Tight Curl Master. We cater to people with naturally curly and afro hair.
