LocsiAnna's Hair Studio is a home-based salon that specializes in faux locs. I offer a variety of faux locs styles, such as Boho locs, Zora Locs, Nisa Locs etc. A $5,000 non refundable deposit is required along with a copy of receipt to confirm your appointment. Hair must be freshly washed, blown out and product free. APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELED AFTER 24HRS IF DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED.

1. SECURITY DEPOSIT 

To secure your appointment, A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $5,000 is required for any service that exceeds $8,500.
If the service required is less than $8500, then the deposit will be a charge of $1,500. 
All existing balances are to be paid on or by the appointment date
DEPOSITS SHALL BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS TO PREVENT THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.

2. PAYMENT METHOD 

Cash or bank transfers are accepted.  Please refer to the confirmation email you will receive for the information necessary to facilitate a bank to bank transfer.

3. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

Rescheduling can only be done within the current booking period based on availability. If you would like to reschedule or make changes to your appointment,  please do so at least 72 hrs prior to your appointment date so we may adjust our schedule.  Only one (1) rescheduling is allowed within the same month 

Once your appointment is canceled, your deposit cannot be used out transferred.
