Natalie is a fantastic massage therapist and she gave me a wonderful facial. Spa was good, steam fabulous as lovely and hot. Pool doesn’t like to have all jets on at once and if there’s other people in the pool it can be a little frustrating waiting your turn. Otherwise fabulous

Some of the spa facilities were not working, two of the blowers in the pool were extremely difficult to turn on and practically unusable, and the steam room abit too hot hardly Able to breath! Water temperature a little cold for a thermal pool! Otherwise a nice time, enjoyed our treatments thank you
