I have just had my first appointment and it was 5*. Such a lovely relaxing atmosphere and the treatment was perfect and just what I needed. Will be returning :)

Reproflexology aims to help clients with their fertility whether this be TTC naturally or via an assisted route such as IVF/ICSI. I also work with clients who are not TTC but who experience reproductive conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, Low sperm count, sperm mobility and hormonal imbalance.

Reproflexology Follow Up 

Reflexology is a touch based therapy based on the theory that reflex points on your feet correspond to different areas of the body. During this treatment reflex points of the feet will be worked on using specific techniques tailored to your individual needs, as well as incorporating massage to the feet and lower legs with an aim of encouraging balance and relaxation. 

Reflexology Follow Up

This treatment aims to use Reflexology techniques designed for the different stages of pregnancy and many of the common symptoms experienced by the mother-to-be such as morning sickness, heartburn, constipation, pelvic and lower back pain, swollen legs and feet and itching.

A reflexology treatment tailored to support you in your post-natal journey. A detailed consultation will be carried out at the start of the session to help me understand your post-natal experience and create a session plan for you.

Initial Maternity Reflexology 

Maternity & Post-Natal

This initial assessment involves the completion of all relevant paperwork and allows an opportunity for me to get to understand you, your partner and your fertility journey so far. I will also carry out a repro-assessment of the feet in this session on both of you so please attend in comfy clothes. Please bring along with you any relevant paperwork relating to recent tests carried out ie. semen analysis, blood tests, hormonal tests etc

COUPLE Initial Reproductive Reflexology Consultation
