A Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid through the body, helping to reduce swelling, support detoxification, and boost the immune system. Unlike other types of massage, this technique uses light, slow, and precise movements to encourage natural drainage of the lymph. 
To prepare, stay well-hydrated and avoid heavy meals beforehand. You’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level—underwear must always be worn—and you’ll be appropriately covered with a towel throughout the session. For women, being topless is optional. 
I use a minimal amount of grapeseed oil or no oil at all, depending on the technique and area being treated.
Before we begin, we’ll have a short chat to discuss your health history, goals, and any areas of concern. 
The treatment is very relaxing and non-invasive, and many clients report feeling lighter and more at ease afterward. Some may experience increased urination or mild tiredness afterwards.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

This is just a consultation to examine and come up with a treatment plan. NO hands on therapy or massage will be done during this appointment. 

Pain/Injury Consultation 

A Swedish Massage is a classic relaxing treatment that uses long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and rhythmic tapping to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation. It’s ideal if you're new to massage, looking to reduce stress, or simply want to unwind. 
To prepare, stay hydrated and avoid heavy meals beforehand. 
You’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level—underwear must always be worn—and you’ll be covered with a towel throughout the session, with only the area being worked on exposed. For women, going topless is optional and entirely your choice.
I use natural grapeseed oil, which is gentle and nourishing for the skin. We’ll start with a brief chat to discuss how you’re feeling and any areas you’d like me to focus on. 
Most clients leave feeling calm, balanced, and refreshed. 
For long-lasting benefits such as reduced stress, improved sleep, and general well-being, regular sessions—ideally every 2 to 4 weeks—are recommended.

Swedish Massage

Pregnancy Massage is a gentle, nurturing treatment to support your changing body by relieving tension, easing aches, and promoting relaxation. Tailored to your stage of pregnancy and discomforts like lower back pain or swollen legs, you’ll mostly lie on your side with cushions for comfort and safety. Wear loose clothing; underwear stays on, and you’ll be covered with towels. I use natural grapeseed oil, safe for pregnancy. Before we begin, we’ll discuss how you’re feeling and areas to focus on. Suitable after 12 weeks, regular sessions support your physical and emotional wellbeing throughout pregnancy.
