I suffer with jaw pain from grinding my teeth and looked into different ways to alleviate the pain and tension I wake up with most mornings. Foot Reflexology 

Indian head massage is an alternative therapeutic treatment that involves a gentle massage of the scalp. 

The treatment starts by working on the back, arms, shoulders and neck before working on the scalp. The treatment moves on with some gentle massage movements on the face , working the marma points which can help with lymphatic drainage on the face. 

The treatment finishes with a balancing of the chakras. 

Indian head massage

The treatment starts with an Indian head massage. This includes working on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, scalp & face. Once your in a complete state of calm & pure relaxation, a reflexology session on the feet will follow.

Ear candling is an alternative therapeutic treatment that involves placing a specific type of candle, shaped like a hollow tube with a filter at one end. This end is placed at the ear opening, as the other end is lit and the candle gently burns to a certain point at which the therapist will remove the candle. 
The treatment is often described as very relaxing with the sounds of the candle burning creating a sense of calm. 

Its treatment is recommended as a course of 4, over 4 weeks to help with hay fever, sinus issues, headaches, improving mental clarity and a range of other ailments. Though can always be experienced as a one off treatment for the purpose of relaxing. 

Ear candling 

The treatment starts with the relaxing experience of using an ear candle on each ear followed by an Indian head massage, including working the marks points on the face to help with lymphatic drainage.
