A deep tissue massage paying particular attention to the quads and hamstrings.

Deep Tissue Leg Massage

A thorough massage of the upper body including considered work on the back followed by specific shoulder and upper back work in the side-lying position. Stretches are included and work on the neck is followed by a very gentle head and face massage, which concludes the treatment.

Deep Tissue Upper Body Massage

A thorough massage of the legs and upper body starting with a focus on the quads and hamstrings followed by considered work on the back with specific shoulder and upper back work in the side-lying position. Stretches are included and work on the neck is followed by a very gentle head and face massage, which concludes the treatment.

Deep Tissue Full Body Massage

The Mini Massage is perfect for clients with limited time or those who simply want to give attention to the upper body.  

Starting with the back, I will take time to relax you and release any tension in your shoulders.  Next the arms are treated, with attention to the hands and each finger.  A décolletage massage adds an element of luxury before we finish with deeply relaxing massage for the head and face.

Mini Swedish Massage

The Signature Massage is a full body massage beginning with particular attention to the legs then moving onto the back, releasing tension ready for highly relaxing arm, décolletage, head and face massage.  

Hands and feet are not neglected, after all, these do so much work during the day.

This is an ideal regular massage that would suit anyone that carries tension from work, finds it hard to find space for themselves or simply wants a little pampering!

Signature Swedish Massage

The Luxury Massage is an indulgent treatment that will leave you feeling thoroughly relaxed and loosened up. Special care and attention is paid to every major muscle group beginning with the legs, which are massaged and carefully stretched. The feet are, of course, included – they work hard all day and are often neglected. The back then receives the focus it needs with a range of stretches to loosen the shoulders incorporated at this point.

Moving to the arms, detailed attention is also given to the hands.  Finally, a décolletage, head and face massage rounds everything off. Perfect for loosening up after a day at work or simply to take some precious time for yourself.
