A late fee will apply to anyone who is late dropping of or collecting your dog, unfortunately this is due to working on a small scale if you are late this then puts my whole day behind as I cannot start my next dog until yours has been collected, this is to ensure the safety of everyone’s dogs and other people in the salon! 

This is at the discretion of the groomer and is charge at £5 per 15 minutes you are late 

Late fee

This charge for any dogs who come into the salon with fleas, this is to cover the cost of the flea shampoo and fumigating the salon. The charge is subject to the discretion of the groomer 

Flea charge

Dematting fee for any dogs who are matted during their full grooms. This extra is subject to the discretion of the groomer and is to cover the cost of the maintenance on our equipment plus the extra time taken
