Patch test is required for new clients. Please make sure when booking the correct service is chosen otherwise your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the appointment will face a cancellation fee which is the price of half the appointment due to not being able to reschedule.
LATENESS/ NO SHOWS: Anyone turning up later than 15 minutes to an appointment or doesn’t turn up without notice will have a cancellation fee applied (the whole appointment charge) due to me not being able to fill the slot.
