Deliberately booked through the app as I had to cancel my card and was using husband’s payment info - therefore couldn’t pay on site. The staff gave me a very average pedi and a good mani. Was concerned to notice them spraying the cuticle tools with alcohol instead of taking a freshly autoclaved set. Anyway ended up having a very awkward and embarrassing ‘discussion’ with staff at the end when they lied and insisted they couldn’t take payment via Fresha. Which in the end, they obviously did have to do. Never going back!
