Full head foils offer is inclusive of a maximum of 40 bleach foil highlight packets placed at the nape, back, sides, crown and hairline. 2. Bleach foil highlights do not add colour or darken the hair. Highlights can only lift or lighten the hair. 3. The base shade of your hair or starting shade will determine how blonde the highlights will go. If your hair requires a toner to a desirable blonde an extra charge is applicable. This will vary depending on level of toning required. Toning starts at £15 per colour. 4. This offer is not valid for colour correction or colour change appointments.
