My work includes somatic and therapeutic massage, deep tissue, fascia release, pregnancy massage, and gentle kids massage, all focused on calming the nervous system and regulating the vagus nerve. I also offer Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and sound healing sessions to support stress relief, emotional balance, clarity, lymphatic draining and deep relaxation.
