Kristin is warm and personable, not to mention extremely talented. I loved the extra touches like the aromatherapy at the beginning and the towel and lotion at the end. It is also nice to be one-on-one instead of being with others in a commercial salon. Feels safer right now. Just a suggestion - It would be nice to have been given a robe like she used to. I found that I had bits of hair on and under my clothes after I left..
