A full session of Reiki energy healing to realign, release blockages or stagnant energy and leave feeling lighter.  Recipients of Reiki can feel a range of things - from feelings of complete relaxation, feeling 'held' and comforted, or feeling on a different 'plain' or level of consciousness.  Sometimes feelings of sadness, or stuck energy can be released allowing recipients to leave the session feelings lighter with a deeper sense of freedom.  Sometimes an energy shift can cause feelings of intense emotion including euphoria..  Reiki can be helpful when dealing with low-level mental health disorders such as generalised anxiety and/or depression. 

Reiki Energy Healing

This is the ultimate zen experience!  A relaxing treatment including a facial and décolletage massage to stimulate blood-flow, release toxins, shed dead skin and generally bliss-out.  Products include a double cleanse, exfoliation, toner, mask, serum and facial oil using Tropic award-winning natural, ethically-sourced, vegan skincare products.   You can choose either a hand and arm massage or Indian head massage whilst your face mask does it's work.  After the facial is over,  you will receive 15 minutes reiki energy healing on the crown, third eye and throat chakra. This should leave you feeling fully relaxed.

Come for a drink and a chat about your skin and potential products to use.  If you have sensitive skin, or any skin conditions, this it a must before choosing the right facial/ skincare products for you.   You may be given a patch test to check any products beforehand.
