My roll has become a weekly ritual - I love it! As a gym instructor by the end of the week my muscles are sore and my body is tired - this is the perfect recovery on a Friday. It’s also been a special way to catch up with friends in the trio experience. Kiama is a gem 💎

Absolutely amazing. As someone who finds foam rolling one of those boring recovery jobs that I lose interest in quickly so the job never gets done properly (or if at all) this has changed my recovery world. It’s so therapeutic and relaxing and the added bonus of “heat” is a plus. Will continue to keep coming back.
