I believe the body can heal itself, once it knows what the problem is. Once we are aware of a mental, physical or emotional issue, we can do something about it by becoming more aware of our energy and how it is affecting our health. When our energy is flowing freely, we feel good, but when its blocked, that's when we feel rubbish. Energy healing simple helps to release the blocks.
