There was a client right before me in the same chair but no cleaning was done prior to me sitting in the same chair which makes me think that there is no precautions being taken with COVID-19 other than hand sanitiser. I also said I only wanted middle of the brow threading and tint when I walked in and then I said it a second time when the girl started to do my brows. I said “I only wanted middle of the brows done and tint,” and she said “yes” and kept going and then charged me at the end saying she didn’t know that’s what I was saying. It would be nice if my appt type was read before.
