I am a fully qualified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist. I passed my Level 3 qualifications in May/June 2021. I set up my business in September 2021.
I mainly work mobile and do treatments in clients homes (in Chesterfield and surrounding areas), but I do have access to a treatment room in Hasland.

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet. It is based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.

Full body massage. This involves long, soft, kneading strokes to release tension from the deepest muscles of your body.

Swedish Massage

This is a specialist massage that uses smooth, flat, heated basalt stones that are positioned along your spine, in the palms of your hands, along your legs and between the toes. The stones are also used to massage the whole body, the stones can get in deeper than a traditional Swedish massage.

Hot Stone Massage

Sports massage involves a wide range of techniques that include effleurage, kneading, wringing, hacking and trigger pointing. It is used for general relaxation of the muscular skeletal system as well as being directed towards any problem areas. Sports massage helps relieve muscular tension, break down adhesion's, mobilise soft tissues and reduce pain.

Head Massage

This uses pre blended massage oils. During the massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin. This massage uses a lot lighter touch.

Aromatherapy Massage

This is a skin treatment that cleanses pores, exfoliates away dead skin cells, and treats common skin concerns. This multi-step process is meant to rejuvenate and nourish faces, making skin appear healthier and younger. 
A mini involves: Cleanse, Exfoliation, Facial massage, Tone and Moisturise.
A Luxury Facial involves: Cleanse, Exfoliation, Face and scalp massage, Mask, Hand and Arm massage, Tone and Moisturise.
