Lash Lift Pre-Treatment Procedures

Eyelash Extensions need to be removed at least 3 days to 1 week prior to appointment.
For best results do not use waterproof mascara or curl your lashes 5 days prior to your treatment.
No eye makeup the day of your appointment. For example, mascara, eye shadow, eyeliner etc.
Every client must sign a consultation form before starting treatment and have a patch test.
Remove any eye makeup with oil free makeup remover the day before.
It’s recommended to wash your hair prior to your appointment as this should be avoided for 48 hours post treatment.

In preparation
1. Have an idea of what shape you want.
2. Make sure your eyebrow hair has grown out.
3. Discuss any skin products you are using with Judy
Inform me if you are taking any topical facial medications such as Retin-A or Accutane or if you have any skin conditions such as acne or rosacea. Some skin care products can make your skin overly sensitive or cause it to peel. You also don’t want waxing to exacerbate any skin conditions you might have.
4. Discuss any previous cosmetic treatments you’ve had.
If you have recently had any cosmetic treatments such as Botox, microdermabrasion, or any other injectables performed around the unwanted hair area, discuss this with your waxing professional.
5. Avoid tweezing your hair between waxing appointments.
