As a Level 4 qualified Soft Tissue Therapist, I am committed to providing you with a comprehensive approach to optimising your athletic performance and enhance your overall quality of life, whether that be helping you recover from a recent injury, or perhaps you are just looking for regular maintaince treatments. During your session we will use a diverse range of massage techniques, including deep tissue manipulation, myofascial release, and targeted stretching.
