Reflexology is one of those therapies that surprises people with how deeply it reaches. On the surface, it's a beautiful foot treatment—but beneath that, it's so much more. The feet are like a map of your entire body, and every area—your womb, your lungs, your digestion, your heart—can be found and soothed through gentle, intentional touch.
When you come for reflexology with me, you're not just getting pressure points. You're being held. You're being listened to—through the quiet language your body speaks. I tune into your energy, your breath, the story your feet are sharing. I’m not just looking for sore spots—I’m feeling for where your system is calling for support.
I use grounding rituals at the beginning of each session to help you land fully into your body. Sometimes I bring in crystals to support particular areas—like rose quartz for emotional release or carnelian for womb healing. Every session is a little different.

Reflexology

Hopi Ear Candling is one of those treatments that clients come back to again and again—especially when feeling blocked, heavy, or congested in the head and ears. It’s a gentle, non-invasive therapy where a warm, hollow candle (infused with herbs like sage and chamomile) is placed just inside the ear canal. As the candle burns, it creates a light suction and warmth that encourages the release of wax, toxins, and stagnant energy.

The treatment also includes a facial and lymphatic massage to support drainage and ease tension in the jaw, temples, and sinuses. It’s especially helpful for sinus congestion, ear pressure, headaches, and that foggy-headed feeling.

This is a lovely one when you need to clear your head—physically and energetically.

Thermal Auricular Therapy - Hopi Ear Candling 

Cupping is an ancient therapy with deep roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine and other healing traditions around the world. Using special cups that create a vacuum on the skin, I gently draw stagnant energy, toxins, and tension up and out of the body—bringing fresh blood and circulation to areas that need healing.

It’s particularly effective for muscular pain, tightness, and stagnation—whether that’s physical (like knots in the shoulders or a stiff back) or emotional (that “stuck” feeling). The suction can feel strange at first, but most clients find it surprisingly relaxing and even a bit euphoric afterwards.

This treatment often leaves circular marks on the skin, which is completely normal—they’re signs of where your body is releasing held tension and congestion. I always tailor the pressure and placement to your needs.
