I went to see Joe as I was experiencing pain in my knee whilst doing yoga and when walking. Joe took time to listen to my issues then treated the problem whilst working out the cause. He then gave me exercises to do which would prevent it happening again. A couple of days later I got back to my yoga and didn't experience any pain! It's so nice to get back to doing something that I love comfortably. Thank you Joe 🙏🏼

Having worked in massage for over 20 years, Joe is a deeply experienced therapist with a style that’s informed, targeted, and reinvigorating - pain is not a requisite part of the treatment of sports injury symptoms. Exercise and movement suggestions will be offered to prevent the ongoing need for therapeutic massage. Please wear clothing that will allow access to the areas that require treatment.

A more general, relaxing, style of massage that will involve a mixture of tailored strokes and pressures to soothe the central nervous system and to work through areas of ache or discomfort. Breathing techniques and aromas can play a part in these treatments to enhance the experience. Please wear clothing that allows access to all areas that require treatment.

Deep Tissue Massage

Holistic therapeutic style of massage that focuses on co-regulation, comfort and safety in order to soothe the central nervous system and the body that may be stuck in a freeze response. Once the client and practitioner have co-created their safe space through communication and light touch (feet, stomach, head), we can start to introduce mobility and vitality to areas that are blocked and stagnated. This mixture of dynamism and and quiet touch helps the parts of the body to integrate with the whole. Breathing techniques, music, and aromas can play a part in these treatments to enhance the experience. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
