Stylist was good and my hair looked good after the cut. However, I was immediately berated for not putting my correct phone number by accident (and therefore not responding to a text) and was told that because I'm a foreigner I needed to pay upfront in case I tried to get away without paying. Kind of insensitive for a first time customer who has given zero indication that that's the case. Also, the stylist insisted she only gave me a trim, when in reality nearly 6in was cut off.

We are very sorry that you didn't feel comfortable paying before service,but because your phone number was from Panama and NO one answered either the call or the message, we preferred (explaining the reasons) to avoid any confusion related to payment. Unfortunately, we had clients from other countries who, after performing the service, the card from outside the UK did not work. Regarding the haircut, you expressly explained that you only want to trim the ends and to NOT shorten the length of the hair We apologize, because we probably didn't understand you well, but with the greatest pleasure we would have shortened your hair as much as you wanted, if you asked us for this. Thank you for being our customer
