The Zero Gravity massage chair position takes the weight off the user's spine and may reduce pain in the lower back area. While seated in zero gravity, the user's feet are level with the heart, increasing blood flow throughout the body. This can help the heart, muscles, and arteries.

Enjoy a 45 minute private crystal healing session in our amethyst cave.  Amethyst is known to relieve stress, assist with anxiety and dissolve negativity.  These session are private but require a 2 guest minimum when booking.  The cave can seat a total of 4 guests and you pay by the chair.

30 minute private session in our new custom sauna!  The sauna combines the benefits of infrared, heated rock, and mineral clay ball saunas all into one.  It also includes chromotherapy and aromatherapy.

Enjoy a 30 minute traditional sauna with Jade and Tourmaline crystals to detox, assist with circulation and reduce inflammation.  Once your sauna session is complete take a 3-4 minute dip in our cold plunge tub!  Hot to cold therapies are excellent sore muscles, joints and circulation issues.  Take the plunge with us!
