Each session is thoughtfully infused with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and the gentle flow of energy healing. Reflexology is a specialized massage technique that applies pressure to specific points on the feet, believed to correspond to various organs and systems in the body. By stimulating these points, reflexology promotes balance and supports the body's natural healing processes.

During a session, the bowls are played or placed on the body, and the vibrations are thought to help balance the energy centers and promote healing.
