Intuitive bodywork allows a safe space to nourish the body & integrate life's teachings. Bodywork consists of many therapeutic massage techniques from firm compressions & direct pressure to gentle rocking or fluid relaxation massage. Building trust within the body is essential to allow it to release tension, holding patterns & energetic blocks. Although sometimes it is necessary to push ones comfort levels. Always the goal is for honoring & elevating the well being & awareness of the client.

Your treatment may include strong opening stretches, lengthening of muscles & tendons, joint mobilization & varying depths of pressure. From gentle light touch to specific very deep pressure point therapy. My intention with this offering is for you to feel peace-full, expansive & reinvigorated.

Gentle side lying massage to support the shifting body of the mother. Providing relief for hip discomfort, fatigue, fluid retention & nausea. During later stages of pregnancy we can also work to encourage labor. My pregnancy massage is for general complaints or discomfort & nourishing support. For more specific ailments I encourage Osteopathic care, Myotherapy or Physiotherapy care.
