How It Works: Distance Reiki transcends time and space, and I will connect with you energetically at an agreed time. Before the session, we can discuss your specific intentions or areas of focus. I will then channel Reiki energy to you, and you can relax in a comfortable, quiet space during the session.
You may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a sense of calm as the energy flows.

This nourishing 1.5 hour is a blissful ritual will leave you feeling grounded and blissful.

This holistic, seasonal ritual is designed for me to guide you through a deeply grounding and nourishing experience. As we move through the energy of autumn, you’ll release what no longer serves you, connect with your inner wisdom, and embrace the peaceful, soothing energy of the season.

Welcome to Inner Wisdom Healing, Thank you for trusting me to hold space for your healing journey.

Take a moment to reconnect with yourself and restore balance—emotionally, mentally, and energetically—through the healing energy of Reiki.

In our sessions, I will guide you to a place of deep relaxation, where you can land, be supported, and soften into the inner wisdom that already flows within you. Through a gentle blend of Reiki, meditation, and sound healing, we’ll clear stagnation, restore balance, and deepen your connection to your true self.

Each session is an intuitive journey. I will use gentle hand placements or hover my hands above your body while channeling the flow of Reiki energy. Alongside sound healing, this process promotes emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
